Who is responsible

CSE Terminal is a private tool run by its owner, an individual in Sri Lanka. For anything about your details, write to privacy@cseterminal.com.

What is kept

Only what you type into the invitation request form: your name, your email, how you know the owner, how you invest, your note, and the time it was sent.

Why

Only to decide on your request and to reply to you. You agree to this by ticking the box and sending the form. You can take that agreement back at any time.

Where and for how long

Your request is stored with Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site, which may keep it on servers outside Sri Lanka. It is deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner when you ask or once it has been answered.

What is not done

• Your details are never sold, shared or used for advertising.
• This site has no tracking, no analytics and no advertising, and sets no cookies of its own.
• Cloudflare may set a small security cookie to tell people from automated robots.
• Your internet address is used for one hour, only in a scrambled one-way form, to stop floods of requests. It is not stored with your request.

Your rights

Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you may ask to see the details kept about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted. Write to privacy@cseterminal.com; you will get an answer as soon as possible, and within the time the Act allows.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
